Privacy Policy

Wyrlo is an event networking service operated from Stockholm, Sweden. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use Wyrlo, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Depending on how you use Wyrlo, we may collect:

• Account details. name and email address.
• Profile information. photo, job title, company, bio, location, and any links or contact details you choose to add.
• Sign-in data. if you sign in with Google (or another provider you choose), we receive the name, email, and profile photo that provider shares with us for authentication.
• Event activity. the events you join, goals, skills and interests you set for an event, connection requests, messages, meetings you book, and similar activity needed to run networking at that event.
• Match and interaction signals. which people we suggest to you, match scores and the factors behind them (such as shared goals or interests), and what you do next (for example viewing a profile, connecting, messaging, or booking a meeting).

We use your data to:

• create and manage your account;
• help you network at events, including suggesting people to meet;
• enable connections, messaging, and meeting bookings;
• improve how we suggest people to meet over time;
• send service messages you request, such as meeting reminders; and
• keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not sell your personal data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• restrict or object to certain processing; and
• receive a copy of your data in a portable format where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, email wyrloapp@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

We keep your account and profile data while your account remains active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep something longer.
